At BBQRubs.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flavors; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened seasonings or sauces.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and purchased within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our team at support@bbqrubs.com with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in a shipping box and clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Mail your package to our distribution center; once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
